How to Share a Concern or Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Delayedindicate Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can write to us about:
- How your call or message to Delayedindicate Walk-In Tubs was handled
- The way we treated your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with acted
If the Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something goes wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to speak with the provider first. Keep a written record of what was said.
We still want to know. Your feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Delayedindicate Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims or issue refunds for a provider's work. We also cannot act on a provider's behalf.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@delayedindicate.lat and tell us:
- Your name and the preferred way to contact you
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The phone number you used or the form you filled out, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
